Inside Our Portfolio: A Look at Our Custom Pool Projects Across Metro Atlanta

The best way to understand what White Glove Construction does is to look at what we've built. Our portfolio spans renovations, ground-up custom pools, and complete backyard transformations across Metro Atlanta — each one designed around a specific home, lot, and family. In this post we'll walk through several of our favorite projects and the thinking behind them, so you can see the range of what's possible for your own backyard.

Resort-Style Pool & Spa Retreat

One of our most complete backyard transformations, this project turned an unused sloped yard behind a traditional two-story home into a true backyard resort. It features a large geometric pool, a full-width sun shelf sized for in-water loungers, an integrated spa with a spillover, premium travertine decking, a custom fire pit, and fresh landscaping.

The challenge was the grade — careful engineering and retaining work turned an awkward slope into level, usable outdoor living space. The result is a cohesive retreat the family uses from spring through fall. See the full Resort-Style Pool & Spa project.

Sandy Springs Sophistication

Not every great project starts from scratch. This Sandy Springs build was a renovation that transformed an outdated backyard into an elegant, modern outdoor living space. We paired a clean geometric pool with a linear fire pit, an outdoor kitchen, and premium travertine decking.

Renovations like this show how much potential is hiding in an existing yard. Rather than simply resurfacing the old pool, we reimagined the entire space so it functions and feels brand new. Explore the Sandy Springs renovation.

Backyard Bliss in Buckhead

This Buckhead project is a complete backyard transformation — custom pool construction, a raised spa, a dedicated outdoor living space, and dramatic fire features. It's a great example of how we integrate every element so the pool, hardscape, and living areas feel like one intentional design rather than separate additions. View the Buckhead transformation.

Woodland Retreat Freeform Oasis

For a wooded lot in North Metro Atlanta, a geometric pool would have felt out of place. Instead, we built a freeform shotcrete pool with a spa, premium travertine decking, and an outdoor living space that blends into the natural surroundings. Freeform designs like this are ideal for wooded or sloped lots common around North Atlanta. See the Woodland Retreat oasis.

The Contemporary Escape

This ultra-modern design showcases where custom pools are headed: dramatic fire features, a freeform pool with tanning-ledge bubblers, a spa, and a sleek pergola structure. Projects like this one — currently underway in Metro Atlanta — highlight our ability to execute bold, architectural designs with precision. Preview the Contemporary Escape.

The Milton Masterpiece

Behind every beautiful pool is serious engineering, and this Milton build shows it. Our in-progress documentation captures precision excavation, steel reinforcement, and the shotcrete craftsmanship that make a pool durable in Georgia's expansive clay soils. It's a reminder that what happens beneath the surface matters just as much as the finish. Follow the Milton Masterpiece build.

Craftsmanship That Comes Standard

Across every one of these projects, a few things stay consistent: in-house design with 3D renderings before we break ground, engineering built for Georgia's soils and climate, transparent milestone pricing, and a dedicated project manager from start to finish. And because we believe in protecting your investment, every new custom pool includes 3 months of complimentary maintenance from our trusted partner, The Pool Butler.
